Chickens
Small flocks of Cornish chicks spend a quick 7 or so weeks at Cognito Farm. When they leave they weigh about five pounds each dressed, have half the saturated fat of factory grown chickens and they’re cleaner.

Beef
No growth hormones or antibiotics go into Cognito Farm beef, just grass and TLC.
